- How do I report a bug?
- Email support@stokt.ai with the device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the steps to reproduce. Screen recordings or screenshots help us fix issues faster.
- How do I request a refund?
- All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a billing question we can help with, reach out and we'll do what we can.
- How do I request account or data deletion?
- Use the account deletion page or email privacy@stokt.ai from the address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
- What are your support hours?
- We respond to every message within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, US business hours). Complex issues may take longer, and we'll keep you updated.
